OMG I never knew that Australia had turquoise.  You will be seeing quite a bit of this Australian turquoise in the coming months.  This natural Australian turquoise sterling silver ring was inspired by Native American design elements.

This Australian turquoise exhibits a natural surface fracture that does not effect the stability of this stone. I fabricated this sterling silver ring from 16ga sterling silver.  The unique texture seen here on this ring was created by fusing recycled fine silver dust to the surface.  You will see this texture on most of my new jewelry designs. This fabricated turquoise sterling silver ring, with it's texture and patina, is a beautiful piece of wearable art.

This turquoise sterling silver ring measures as a 7 1/2 but fits like a size 7 because of the width of the ring band.  The stone setting measures 1" in width by  1  1/4" in length. The sterling silver ring shank measures 3/8" at the top and tapers to 1/4" at the bottom.
