Tanzanite, with it’s deep violet hues., is an exquisite crystal,. Tanzanite can be a little bit on the expensive side for Grade A, but this faceted beauty is a perfectly, imperfect gemstone, with some inclusions shown in the facets of this hexagonal gemstone.

I fabricated this ring from sterling silver, and fine silver surrounds the tanzanite gemstone. The ring has my unique texture seen on the fine silver surrounding the stone, on the back side of the setting, and on the split ring shank, as well. This texture was created by fusing recycled fine silver dust to the surface. This handmade tanzanite sterling silver ring, with it's rusticated texture and patina, is not for the faint of heart, with it’s sizable faceted tanzanite gemstone … it’s definitely a beautiful piece of wearable art.
