The sterling silver textured bar earrings are so unique and believe it or not, this design came about by total accident. Of course I had to add my fused texture to the surface of the earrings, followed by a patina bath, and finally I gave them a polish to accentuate the texture highlights. These bar earrings are modern, yet simple and very light weight - you won’t even know you have them in your ears.

I forged these beauties from 14ga sterling silver stock, and then fused the surface with recycled fine silver dust for an amazing rustic texture. The post was designed from 20ga sterling silver and the back for the post is the “comfort clutch” ear nut.
